Not an immense fan of The Cure.

But gotta admit disintegration is among the best of all.

Here lies the roots of all emo (true emo, that is, not the poppy s... we hear on MTV).

Long, moody songs that get into your head, while you do something else. One of those album you could literaly see as the "soundtrack of a life".

"Homesick" just shows to what extent groups like Bright eyes are not that fresh and new.

Plus, it has been cited in South Park as "the best album ever", Kyle saying so (in the episode where an enormous Barbra Streisand is attacking the city - of course Robert Smith arrives and saves the day).

Oh, and yes, cited also on Rolling stone's best albums of all times list.
